FEE SCHEDULE

Medical-Legal Consultations, Fitness for Duty Evaluations, Record Review, and Report Preparation: $300 per hour

Deposition Testimony: $500 first hour; $300 per hour thereafter; $500 minimum

Court Testimony: $4000 per half day reserved, plus travel time and expenses

Clinical Consultation / Evaluation (without a written report): $475

Medical Psychotherapy: $195 per hour

Private Consultation - Personal Assimailation intervention: $350 per hour
